Resolving Completed Call Status Issues for Unanswered Client Calls

Call status marking calls as completed when the client didn't answer the call

Update: We can enable Call Connect feature to get more accurate results instead of relying on a shorter call timeout <= 20

  1. Network Issues: Poor network connectivity or signal disruptions can result in calls being prematurely marked as completed.
  2. Call Routing Problems: Incorrect call routing settings or configurations may cause calls to be directed to voicemail or other destinations without proper acknowledgment.
  3. System Glitches: Software bugs or glitches within the call management system can occasionally lead to inaccurate call status updates.
  4. User Error: Human error, such as accidentally marking a call as completed, can also contribute to this issue.
