Troubleshooting Facebook Integration: Resolving Common Issues and Errors for Seamless Functionality in Leadbadge

Facebook Integration Issues you may encounter:

  1. The loading wheel continues spinning after going through the Facebook Integration Path in Settings -> Integrations.
  2. Upon clicking “Connect” on Facebook in Settings -> Integrations, you’re redirected to a broken page.
  3. The Facebook Form Fields Mapping section doesn’t display forms located under the Facebook Business Page you’re attempting to integrate.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Clear cache/cookies, log out of Leadbadge, close the browser. Reopen the browser and try again.
  2. Navigate to your Agency View -> Settings -> Agency Settings -> Check the Whitelabel Domain field.

Ensure you correctly Whitelabeled the domain to match the entry in that field. Here’s a video on how to do that: [Link to White Labeling the Web App].

If you’ve Whitelabeled correctly, check the URL in the address bar. You might be logged in via app.leadbadge.com, which isn’t ideal.

Access app.thenameofyourdomain.com (or the domain you’ve Whitelabeled to), log in, and attempt to integrate Facebook again.
